Ace Computer To The
Rescue was founded to
take
computer repair services
from the corporate
marketplace to the
public at an affordable
cost, including
mobile repair services.
As an IBM Technician, I
operated a
mobile computer repair
service for large
corporations. The costs
associated with mobile
services forced home
users to take their
computers to retail
stores for repair.
My
ultimate goal was to
redesign these same
mobile services making
them affordable to home
users and small
businesses. When IBM
downsized and closed my
office I saw an
opportunity and did
exactly that. I
streamlined technical
processes while never
losing sight of quality,
making it possible to
save enough time to make
these services more
affordable to the public
as a mobile service
provider. Hence, Ace
Computer To
The Rescue was
